I build online management tools for non-profits.
Every hour you spend cut and pasting data from one document to another is an hour you could have spent delivering your services or raising funds.
There are lots of commercial tools available to non-profits. Sometimes, the cost of the tool—even with non-profit discounts, TechSoup, etc—is out of reach and/or otherwise not a great fit for your organizations. I offer an alternative approach—essentially, stitching together free or super-cheap applications to provide you management tools that specifically support your purpose, mission, and vision.
I do not charge for my services. The only cost to you is obtaining licenses for a few online tools, typically less than $300/year total.
